If you have a car, then you must read this news. Recently, the Punjab State Transport Department has issued a notification, according to which if a car owner is involved in an accident.
And if an individual dies in an accident or if he is injured or property is damaged then the accident will have to give adequate security amount or third party insurance document.

If you have an accident with your car, under the new rules, you will have to compensate for an accident victim.
If you can not do it, then you will have to submit a third party document. If you can not meet these two conditions then you will have to wash your car.

If the car owner is unable to meet these two conditions, he will have to wash his car because the car will be auctioned within 3 months.

This auction will be done by the Magistrate of that area.

This notification was released on April 3. It has been said that the money received from the auction will be given as compensation to the survivor of the accident.

This notification of Transport Department has come into effect from April 8 after its publication in the official gazette.

Supreme Court gave directions
Explain that the Supreme Court had directed all the states on September 13 to bring the compensation to the victims of the accident by selling the vehicles belonging to the accidents which are not third party insurance.

For this, the Supreme Court gave the states 12 weeks' time. But in Punjab this information has been publicized after 8 months.
